Gem Turqouise
This is a no-brainer as far as summer color trends are concerned, but a lot of homeowners don't think turquoise when painting their homes. The why of this is a bit of a mystery—it's a fantastic looking color. It's beautiful and evokes the color of seaside towns. There is a bliss and serenity to it that is absent in many other colors available to painters.
Gem Turqouise could be applied to great effect in a kitchen or dining room, for instance, and even bedrooms. Naturally, it would be a great color for Wisconsin lakehouses.

Marmalade Orange
Benjamin Moore offers Marmalade Orange, which they describe as "Evoking the bright burst of flavor of homemade marmalade, this cheerful mid-tone is confident and assertive." We agree, but we'll add that this color would be a truly unique choice for a home interior.

Waterfall Green
There are a range of greens that evoke summer. Waterfall Green, which you can check out at Sherwin-Williams, is one of those colors. It has a variety of hues and looks fantasitic. Again, this color would work well in kitchens, dining rooms or sunrooms. It's a truly wonderful color that calms us frenzied human beings.

Lemon Twist Yellow
Yellow is one of our favorite colors, and it's quite obvious as to why: it works well year-round. It looks great during the summer, matching the sunshine and season's vibrancy, while in the winter it helps us Wisconsin residents forget for a moment that are nostrils will freeze the moment we step outside.
Homeowners have a great deal of choices when it comes to yellow, but we here at Lakeside Painting are really digging Lemon Twist lately.
