Wallpaper of the Week: Eco-Friendly Wallpapers for Milwaukee-Area Homes
Friday, December 30, 2011
In the latest installment of Lakeside Painting's Wallpaper of the Week, we take a look at The Wallpaper Collective's Sequoia-Wellington wallpaper. But first, a bit of information about The Wallpaper Collective.
The Collective was founded by Cindy Weil, and their website allows homeowners to easily browse some of the best wallpapers from coast-to-coast. Here we are intersted in the Sequoia-Wellington wallpaper, which has brown, pink and red color tones and a very beautiful and modern graphic pattern. The Wallpaper Collective classes this wallpaper as one of their eco-friendly products, which is great for environmentally-conscious consumers.
As The Wallpaper Collective website states, "Inspired by the imposing Sequoia Wellington of N.America, this cascading design has a lighter feel than its home forests. The signature cones form the focus of the pattern with the majestic stag glimpsing through the pine. Light vertical lines appear throughout the design along with delicate leaf sprigs. The paper has a real classical feel, but remains firmly designed in the now."
We here at Lakeside Painting believe that this design and color would work wonders in homes in the Milwaukee and Waukeha areas.
