  The deadline for all entries is June 15^th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m.. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this Contest.
  The drawing for the contest will be hold on June 30th, 2008 at 1:00 pm.
  
• How to Enter:
  Visit http://www.lakesidepainting.com/win_hallman_lindsay_paint/ and fill out the registration form. Limit one entry per person. To be eligible, entries for the contest must be received no later than the deadline at June 15^th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m.. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than the deadline. All entries become the property of the Provider and will not be returned. Contest Provider assumes no responsibility for lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged, late or misdirected entries, all of which will be void.
  
  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  
• Selection of Winners.
  Eligible entries for the contest will be entered in a drawing, to be held at First Citizens State Bank in East Troy, WI.. Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of Drawing Date. Winner will also be sent notification by certified mail.
  
• Claiming Prizes.
  To claim the prize, winner must respond to Lakeside Painting Inc. within five (5) days of certified prize notification, such eligibility affidavits and prize acceptance documentation as Provider shall provide; failure to claim prize in such manner shall result in forfeiture of prize. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prize may not be substituted and is not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  
• Eligibility. This contest is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted. Employees of Lakeside Painting Inc, any companies owned by or affiliated with the aforementioned entity, any participating companies, the advertising and promotion agencies representing any of such companies, and members of those employees families are not eligible to enter or win. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to all the terms and conditions of these rules; agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the contest judges; and consents to the use of his/her name and other information for purposes of direct mail or similar solicitations. Each winner accepting a prize consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant waives the right to assert, as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem a prize and any liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a prize. Each entrant releases each of the following from any and all liability with respect to or arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize and/or the loss or misdirection of any prize: Provider and the Participating Company; their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, franchises, advertising and promotional agencies; and their respective officers, directors and employees. Lakeside Painting Inc reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or revoke this Contest due to printing errors or other mistakes. Lakeside Painting Inc will not accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries. The winner will be posted on the Lakeside Painting Inc Website within five (5) days of entrant claiming the prize.   Winner is entitled to 20 gallons of Hallman Lindsay Interior or Exterior house paint. Material to be picked-up at any of Hallman Lindsay’s (25) locations.
  
  Lakeside Painting Inc and its respective agents and employees, shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winner.
