Paul Pausch

Paul Pausch

Paul is a 14-year veteran foreman at Lakeside Painting, who worked his way from the bottom up, and has proven himself to be invaluable to the company's success. In many ways, Lakeside Painting saw Paul grow from an athletic kid (he was coached by two Lakeside Painting employees) to the great family man he is now. Always an athlete and outdoorsman, Paul finds time for hunting, fishing and softball, and is a Packers and Brewers diehard. Classic rock and heavy metal are his preferred musical forms. When it comes to the job, Paul is exceptionally versatile and a great communicator with both customers and other contractors.

Patrick Boyle

Patrick Boyle

Patrick Boyle, originally from Bayview, now resides in a 125 year old farmhouse in Elkhorn, which he is in a continuous mode of remodeling. Patrick has been working at Lakeside Painting for 18 years, when his eldest daughter entered the First Grade. She is now a college graduate and getting married in the fall of 2013. His interests included gardening, cooking and reading when he has the time. Patrick also enjoys building things at his home workshop, and says he's happiest when covered in sawdust. As far as films and movies, Patrick digs classic films and rock, and recently started using Spotify, enjoying the various musical paths it leads him. The best part of painting for Patrick is "being able to pass along the skills I've learned in the past 30+ years." Patrick's son started at Lakeside in 2011 and he says it has "been fun watching him come into his own as a true craftsman." One of Patrick's greatest painting strengths is his "vision"—the ability to see what a project should look when done and knowing what steps to take to get there. "I also am a problem solver," says Patrick. "Give me an unusual problem and I'll do whatever it takes to figure it out."
