Halloween Spirit: Lakeside Painting Greets Tricker Treaters

Friday, November 02, 2018

This past Wednesday, Lakeside Painting's Kim Pangburn and Sandy Halkin, two longtime figures behind our day-to-day operations, got the Halloween spirit rolling. After decking out our headquarter's building on East Troy's historic Village Square Park with multi-colored ghosts and other spooky fright night decorations, Kim and Sandy made sure trick or treaters got their fair shair of candy.

All sorts of costumed kids rolled past our candy stand, from construction workers to superhero girls, skeleton boys, swamp creatures, and beyond. We even saw a baby dressed as a mouse and nestled inside a giant mousetrap. Hilariously clever and morbid.

Whether they were bringing smiles to our faces with their costumes or funny comments, we were happy to engage East Troy kids in one of our favorite annual holidays. If you weren't able to stop by this Halloween, be sure to hit up the East Troy town square next autumn and say hello.
